Is your business or organization interested participating in Bike to Work Day Saskatoon? Create a team and join the Workplace Challenge for an opportunity to transform your commute and win great prizes!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Create a team name!
- Nominate a Team Leader: this person is responsible for motivating co-workers, communicating with the Cycling Event Coordinator, and tracking participation.
- Register your team: email with your team name and total number of people in workplace.
- Bike to work on August 17th, 2016. Don’t forget to visit Commuter Stations between 7–9AM for grab-and-go refreshments and entertainment – see the Commuter Station map to map your commute.
- Collect a Commuter Challenge card from any station and get it stamped to log your ride.
- Team Leaders collect Commuter Challenge cards and report (by email) how many employees participated in BTWD by 5:00 PM on Bike to Work Day.
- Employees from all participating workplaces will be entered into a draw to an awesome prize pack with prizes from local bike shops.
- A prize will also be awarded to the workplace (of over 15 employees) with the highest proportion of BTWD commutes.
